Is Magic Submitter All It's Cracked Up To Be?

In the past I have had a few websites that I wanted to rank in the search engines, for various reasons. I decided to look at using some of the Magic Submitter services out there, mainly because I couldn’t afford the monthly subscription fee, and also I didn’t really know how to use the software, and certainly didn’t have time to learn it. I used a few different service providers from several different websites, and I found that the results varied dramatically.

The first service that I used was from a vendor on Fiverr, which is like a micro-jobs site. It’s a good hang out and there are some really good gigs on there. When I got the report for the Magic Submitter campaign I found that a lot of the links were dead, and no longer existed. Now, there could be several good reasons for this, the first one being that the vendors didn’t download the latest Magic Submitter update, which would have addressed low success rates, the second reason being the vendor may have submitted poor content. The most likely reason is probably the latter – of the links that did stick I found the quality of the articles and content to be generally poor.

I tried a Magic Submitter professional on an internet marketing forum the second time around, and I’d have to say the results were much better. Obviously it cost a fair bit more to have the professional do the blast, but the extra expense was definitely worth it. When the report came in it had over 1,000 links in it – and my site continued to rise in the SERPS for over a month after the campaign was completed. I would definitely recommend paying the extra money to have someone who knows what they’re doing run a campaign for you. Don’t forget that it’s the content they use for the campaign as well that dictates how good the results will be. Be sure to ask whether they’re using scraped content, or unique, handwritten content. If it’s the latter, you’re good to go!

After having these SEO campaigns run for me I found that I could increase my position in the SERPS further by working on the “on site” SEO for my blogs. I found that targeting keywords by using them in my copy and in my titles really worked. A lot of internal linking was put in place too, because previously there was none. The internal linking proved very effective too – and even without any sustained external link building my SERPS continued to rise.

All in all I’d definitely recommend Magic Submitter campaigns. Don’t go getting someone to spam your site around the net though, you need someone who knows how to do it properly to run the campaigns for you, so that you get the maximum benefit.
